Job Description

List Industries, a leader in the locker and shelving industry, is looking for an inside project estimator at our Deerfield Beach, FL location. Estimates are to our customers looking to purchasing lockers and shelving. Training is provided for the specific products involved.

Estimator Job Duties:

• Prepares quotations submitted by outside sales and/or our customers thru our online quotation tool or by information provided in emailed correspondence.
• Ability to review written specification documents to ensure conforming products are being quoted
• Review and approve new incoming purchase orders by auditing against prepared quotations to insure completeness and accuracy of pricing and other pertinent information
• Verbal and written communication with internal departments, outside sales and customers
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is a full-time position. Hours are typically 8am until 5pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Life, 401k and PTO. EEOC/ADA compliant. We are a drug free workplace.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Commensurable with experience

Job Requirements

• Strong data entry experience
• 2 years experience completing estimates.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and in person.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
